Once your order is confirmed, we arrange delivery based on your location and the item(s) ordered. Delivery timelines and costs will be confirmed with you directly before dispatch.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
